A WRAP (wellness recovery action plan) is a comprehensive plan, that allows you to regain control of your own life.
You’ll create your own WRAP in small steps and you will learn to use it in real life. The longer you use your WRAP in daily life, the better it's going to fit. You will have more control over your own life and wellbeing.
In our WRAP group, you can start making your own WRAP. Together we will take the time to exchange ideas and make the first version of your WRAP. We are mindful of every step of the process. If needed, you can remake and adapt the plan as you go. We create an ambiance of safety, trust and respect for everyone.
We work with the following five key concepts: hope, personal responsibility, education, self-advocacy, and support
The WRAP consists of seven components, for example developing a wellness toolbox, a daily maintenance plan, early warning signs, and a post crisis plan.
You will get the tools to feel better over time and to help you stay as well as possible. You will create your WRAP based on your own experiences and what you know to have a positive effect. Your WRAP is a tool to get or regain control of your life.

You are expected to attend all the meetings. If you are unable to attend, please let us know. At the end of the course, you can receive a certificate if your attendance is at least 75%.
